Our Mission Statement: To provide members with financial services that contribute to their success.
Moving? We need your address!
Government regulations require that we send out statements to our members on a monthly or quarterly basis. When a member has moved and does not notify us, the U. S. Post Office returns the mail to us, sometimes with a new address and sometimes without. Even if they send us a forwarding address, we cannot change the address on our system without some confirmation from the member or someone who knows them. This takes a lot of time and costs money. We pay about 50 cents for the envelope and postage. When it is returned, the Post Office charges us 75 cents. That is a dollar and a quarter. If we remail it, add another 50 cents and you have $1.75. Multiply that times many members and it amounts to a lot. (Not including staff time.) Because of this, we will now be charging a $5.00 fee on a quarterly basis for all accounts with no forwarding address.
PLEASE...let us know if you are moving. If you are out of town, our toll-free number is 800-967-1709 or contact us by e-mail.
Go Green with e-Statements:
With e-Statements, you will also have access to your account information faster than if you received statements in the regular mail. Viewing your statements online is also safer than having them mailed to you because you won't need to be concerned about a thief raiding your mailbox.
Greener. Faster. Cheaper. Safer.
