HFS: Home Financial Services

Woman with Computer Home Financial Services is an Internet-based financial service offered to members of the credit union. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing credit union members with the flexibility to take care of many of their financial transactions without leaving home. The information is updated three times a day: first thing in the morning; before the checks clear mid-afternoon and at the end of the business day. And best of all, there are NO CHARGES for these services!

In the Accounts section of HFS you can:

  • View the balances of your accounts
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • View details of the account
  • View and print copies of checks that have cleared
  • View and print the history of the accounts and all the transactions for the past 90 days.
  • View and print e-statements

In the Services section of HFS you can:

  • Reorder check blanks
  • Order draft copies
  • Request stop-payment on a draft
  • Sign up for e-statements
  • Change your HFS password
  • Update your Enhanced Security and edit your security questions.

Signing up for HFS
To sign up for HFS, click on the gold HFS button on the top left of this page. Once on the HFS Home Page, click on the HFS Sign Up button and complete the information requested on the form. Because of the Enhanced Security feature, you will be asked several security questions for future e-identification. You must have an e-mail address to enroll in HFS.

Once your application has been electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail with your temporary password. At that time you can log in and change your temporary password to one of your own choosing. If you have any questions, contact your local Co-op Credit Union office or contact us by e-mail.

Bill Pay

Family Around Computer Pay your bills online...
Bill Pay is an electronic service that makes it easy and convenient to pay your monthly bills. All you have to do is verify that the amount you have been billed is correct, and then schedule the payment. You can schedule recurring payments of the same amount (i.e. mortgage) or pay the bills that vary from month to month (i.e. credit card). By retaining the contact information of the payee, you'll have all the data you need to speed up the process.

Use Bill Pay to save time and money.
No more trips to the Post Office to get stamps and mail the payments.

Signing up for Bill Pay
To sign up for Bill Pay, you must have already signed up for HFS. Go to the HFS Home Page, as described under Home Financial Services. Click on the Bill Pay Sign-Up button and complete the information.

Once you're enrolled, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After that, you can go in and set up your accounts by logging into HFS and clicking on Accounts. You will see a Pay Your Bills button on the left side. Click on that. (Do not click on the Bill Pay Sign-Up button again.)

E-Statements

Greener. Faster. Cheaper. Safer.
E-statements are another service of HFS. They are electronic statements that you access online and they replace the paper statements of the past. Sign up for e-Statements today and opt out of receiving a paper statement in the mail. Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available online through our website.

Signing up for e-Statements
Go to the Services section on the HFS Home Page and fill out the Change Statement Options request form. With a current e-mail address, you can opt in for e-statements and for e-mail notification when they're ready.

You may change your statement options at any time through the Services section of this web site. Opting in for e-statements will discontinue the delivery of your printed statement. You are required to have Adobe Acrobat Reader® software and a printer or the ability to download the statements for your records. If you don`t have Acrobat Reader, there is a link to download the program on the HFS e-Statement Page.

Not only will you be saving lots of paper, but you will receive your statements more quickly.
