Membership Share Savings

  • Account can be opened with as little as $5.00
  • Money can be deposited or withdrawn at any time
  • No charge for electronic transactions: Telephone, Check Card or E-Mail (Limit: 6 per month)
  • Dividends paid on accounts with a balance of $10.00 or more

Holiday Club Savings

  • Account can be opened with as little as $5.00
  • You can authorize automatic transfers from savings to checking, or make deposits at any time
  • On October 1st of each year your Co-op Credit Union automatically mails you a check for the balance in your Holiday Savings account
  • Interest is paid on Holiday Savings accounts with balances over $10.00

Vacation Club Savings

  • Account can be opened with as little as $5.00
  • You can authorize automatic transfers from savings to checking, or make deposits at any time
  • When you're ready to leave on your "prepaid" vacation, just draw out the money
  • Interest is paid on Vacation Savings accounts with balances over $10.00

Certificates of Deposit (CD)

The Co-op Credit Union has certificates of deposit available with the following terms:
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 18 months
  • 24 months
  • 36 months
  • 48 months
Minimum balance to open a Certificate of Deposit Account is $1,000.00

Interest paid monthly with the following options:
  • To the Certificate of Deposit
  • To a Credit Union account
  • Sent to the member in a check

Individual Retirement Account (IRA)

Simplified Employee Pension (SEP)
A tax-deferred retirement plan provided by sole proprietors or small businesses, most of which do not have any other retirement plan

IRA Deposit Accounts
The Co-op Credit Union IRA Deposit Account allows you to make deposits in increments and in any amount after you have made your initial minimum deposit of $250 to open your account. This account is a good choice if you wish to make monthly or weekly deposits to an IRA. If you should choose to change the investment at a later date to any IRA certificate, you can do that. The rate may vary on a quarterly basis.

This investment option can be used for any type of IRA: Roth, Traditional, or Coverdell Education.

IRA Certificates of Deposit
Any Certificate of Deposit that the Co-op Credit Union offers can be used as an IRA investment option. Certificates of Deposit have a fixed term, ranging from six months to 48 months. The interest rate is guaranteed for the term of the certificate. Certificates of Deposit also have a minimum deposit to open the account.

A Certificate of Deposit can be used for any type of IRA: Roth, Traditional, or Coverdell Education.
